Obituary of Amberlee Phipps Foley

     Amberlee “Amber” Phipps Foley, age 39, passed away June 27, 2019 at St Elizabeth Healthcare in Fort Thomas, KY. She was born November 30, 1979 in Ft. Thomas, KY. Amber attended Seven Hills Church and was a counselor at the Brighton Recovery Center for Women.

     Amber is preceded in death by her grandparents, Rennie Phipps and Donna Neal, and her nephew, Aiden Fryman.

     Survived to mourn her loss is her father, Gary (Joy) Phipps; mother, Elaine Fryman;  children, Braden Phipps, Caleb Foley, and Hannah Hendrickson; siblings, Andrew Fryman, Aimee Fryman, Ashlee (Matthew) Blaze, Zachary Fryman, Sara (Nick) Ballinger, and Gabrielle Fields; paternal grandparents, Jean Phipps and Jerry Neal; maternal grandmother, Peggy Stacy; and many aunts, uncles, two nephews, and one niece.

     A visitation will be held from 10AM until the time of service 12PM on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 45 N. Main street Walton, KY 41094. Burial will immediately follow at New Bethel Cemetery.

     Memorial Donations can be made out to the Brighton Recovery Center for Women, 375 Weaver Road Florence, KY 41042.
