     Wilbur "Shot" Wilson Jr, age 72, of Union, KY passed away suddenly on July 24, 2019 at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio.

     He was born the son of the late Wilbur Wilson Sr. and Margaret Elizabeth (Henry) Wilson on December 9, 1946 in Grant County, KY. Wilbur worked as a semi-truck driver and enjoyed watching races at Florence Speedway. Wilbur proudly served his country in the US Air Force.

     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Chester, Judith Ann, and William Donald Wilson.

     Wilbur is survived by his step-son, David Gronefeld and siblings, Brenda Brewer and Robert “Bob” Wilson.

     Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until time of service at 12 NOON on Tuesday, July 30th, 2019 at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 8461 Dixie Hwy, Florence KY 41042. Burial will follow at Hughes Chapel.
