Obituary of Barbara Crosby Rosen

Barbara Crosby Rosen, age 67, of Independence, KY, formerly of Andover Township, NJ, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, KY.  She was a former Municipal Clerk for Andover Township, a member of Staffordsburg United Methodist Church in Independence, KY, and a former member of the United Methodist Church in Andover Township.  Barb enjoyed playing cards, working on puzzles and spending time with her family. 

Her parents, Francis and Carolyn Crosby preceded her in death.  She is survived by her husband (of 36 years), Meyer Rosen; children, Matt Rosen (Heather Colacurcio) and Kelly Rosen; brother, Thomas Crosby (Dorothy); her dog, Lula; her turtle, Myrtle; and her grand-dog, Bree. 

A gathering of friends will be held Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. with a memorial service beginning at 5 p.m. at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence. 

Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to the Kenton County Animal Shelter, 1020 Mary Laidley Rd, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017.
