Barbara Lee Whalen, age 82, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2019 at Rosedale Green. Barbara was born the daughter of the late Lewis and Della (Patten) Johnson on December 14, 1937 in Flint, Michigan. Barbara liked to sew and enjoyed crafting.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Whalen.
She is survived by her daughters, Julie O’Connor, Beth Carro, Sara Boldt, and Melissa Kretschmer; step daughter, Karen Collins; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and 2 siblings.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 30, 2019 at 11:00AM at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
