Obituary of Charles E. Green

Charles E. Green, age 91, of Williamsburg, OH, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at his residence.  He was a retired crane operator, a member of the Operating Engineers Union and a U.S. Army Veteran.  Charlie was entrepreneurial and enjoyed trading and bartering, especially guns.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Jo Ann Green; son, Ray Carpenter; and daughters, Charlotte Dalton, Patricia Piper, and Deborah Piper.  He is survived by his children, James W. Piper (Missy), Connie White, and Clarence Michael Walton (Andrea); several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. 

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 14, 2020 from 10 a.m. until 12 noon with services immediately following at noon at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 8461 Dixie Hwy., Florence, KY 41042.  Interment will be at Floral Hills Cemetery.
