Obituary of Cary Scott Williams
Cary Scott Williams of Elsmere, KY passed away suddenly on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY. He was born in Covington, KY on December 4, 1963 to the late Richard and Frona Williams. Scott worked as a top-grade machinist for many years at a plastic plant as well as having served in the United States Army as a tank turret mechanic. Scott really enjoyed history, especially geography and sharing his stories of traveling while overseas in the military.
Scott is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Rosella, Joanne, Dawn, and Pamela; brothers, Tim and Richard, Jr.; and his best friend, Mike. Survivors include his loving wife of many years, Kelli; daughters, Kristy, Kahla, Samantha, Katie, and Jessica; siblings, Gail, Janet, and Phillip; 12 grandchildren; as well as many other friends and relatives who will mourn his loss and cherish his memory.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday January 28, 2020 from 10:00 AM until time of service 12:00PM at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home 8461 Dixie Highway, Florence, KY, 41042. Burial will immediately follow at KY Veterans Cemetery North, 205 Eibeck Lane, Williamstown, KY 41097.
