Obituary of Barry Reginald Johnson

     Barry Reginald “Reggie” Johnson, a resident of Florence, KY passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Friday, January 31, 2020 at the vibrant age of 58.

     Reggie was born in Covington, KY on May 27, 1961; the son of the late John Franklin and Jo Ann Johnson. Reggie was an employee of Wayfair in Hebron, KY and was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

     Reggie was preceded in death by his loving parents and a brother, Ricky.

     He is now survived by his caring siblings, Brenda Johnson, Michele Johnson, Nannette Johnson, Johnnie Johnson, Cheryl (George) Floyd, William “Doug” Johnson, Daryl Johnson and Chad (Maria) Johnson; nieces and nephews, Chase Floyd, Jamila Johnson, Pierre Johnson, Johnathon Johnson, Aaron Floyd and Jasmine Johnson; as well as many other relatives and close friends who will continue to cherish the memories they shared and are the keepers of his lasting legacy.

     A visitation for Reggie will take place from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Zion Baptist Church, 35 Church Street, Walton, KY 41094. A funeral service will immediately follow at 12:00 PM at the church. Reggie will then be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 3227 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, KY 41018.
