Obituary of Wilma Ruth Linn

     Wilma Ruth Linn, at the age of 88, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, May 17, 2020. She was born on February 4, 1932 in Union, KY and was of Protestant faith.

     Wilma was preceded in death by her loving husband of 69 years, David Linn; her brother, Gayle Huff and her parents, Harry and Anna Huff.

     She proudly leaves behind to cherish her memory her sons, Mark Linn and his wife Jeannine, and Steve Linn and his wife Susan, both of Knoxville, TN; her grandchildren, Brent Linn and his wife Normarys of Ft. Wright, KY, Rachel Linn Bonds and husband Cody of Douglasville, GA, and Deanna Linn Masengill and husband Brian of Knoxville, TN; great-grandchildren, Henry, Jude, Jack, Penelope, Liam and Mark; sister-in-law, Charlotte Huff; nieces, Sandy Forsyth and Mary Texter; nephews, Bill Huff, H.G. Huff and John Huff; as well as numerous grandnieces and grandnephews.

     An opportunity to express your love for Wilma will take place from 2:00 PM until 6:30 PM on Friday, May 22, 2020 at Mynatt’s Funeral Home, 2829 Rennoc Road, Knoxville, TN 37918. A small memorial service will be held at 6:30 PM at the funeral home. Jeffrey McMurray will preside over the service. The memorial service will be streamed online at the Mynatt Funeral Home website (www.mynattfh.com) for the benefit of those unable to attend.

     A small graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at Big Bone Baptist Church Cemetery in Union, KY.
