Salem Grace Hill was born and passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood, KY.
She is survived by her loving parents, Kourtney Dieckmann and Evan Hill; grandparents, Thomas (Maggie) Dieckmann, Jr., Terrie Hill and Greg Hill. She is preceded in death by great-grandparents, Willa Dieckmann, Thomas “Sonny” Dieckmann, Sr., and Justice Baker; and great-uncle, Christopher Baker.
