Obituary of Patrick Thomas John Gaspard

Patrick Thomas John Gaspard, age 78, of Union, KY, passed away Friday, November 13, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, KY.  He was a retired Transportation Manager for International Harvester, a former member of the Florence Lions a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Florence, KY, and a U.S. Air Force Veteran.  Pat enjoyed collecting art, stamps, watches and more, but mostly he enjoyed spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his sister, Kathleen Royal.   Survivors include his wife, Cloene Carroll Gaspard; children, Michelle Pitzer (John), Kim Chevalier (Ken), Brett Gaspard, Steven Gaspard, Yvonne Hedrick (Steven Spence); twin-brother, Michael Gaspard (Philomena); grandchildren, Nicholas, Madison, Taylor, Danielle, Kirk, Kennedy, Hannah, Isabella, Lauren, Madison, Autumn, and Stephanie; and lifetime best friend, Michael Belushi.  Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. with the funeral service beginning at 7 p.m. at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 8461 Dixie Highway, Florence, KY 41042.  Due to current Covid-19 state restrictions, face masks will be mandatory to attend and six feet of social distancing will be required.  A committal service with military honors will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Highland Cemetery, 2167 Dixie Highway, Ft.
