Obituary of Dorothy L. Hoepker Hermes

Dorothy L. Hoepker Hermes, age 84, Taylor Mill, KY, passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020 at Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, OH.  She was a retired Custodian, Bus Driver, and Cafeteria Worker for Kenton County Schools and a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church in Taylor Mill, KY.  Dorothy loved the outdoors, traveling, and riding and racing motorcycles “back in the day”.  She especially enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.  Her parents, Frederick & Lindsay Mae Lowe Hoepker, and brothers, Raymond, Billy, Tommy, and John “Bob” Hoepker, all preceded her in death.  She is survived by her children, Deborah Haynes (Dennis), Randall Hermes, and Penny Knollman (Neil); grandchildren, Chris Haynes, Tiffany Depue (Kyle), Joel Hermes, Lindsay Knollman, and Trent Knollman ; and great grandchildren, Trevor Rohlman, Rylie Depue, Makenna Depue, Brent Haynes, and Brooke Haynes.  Due to the current pandemic, the family has requested services be private.  Interment will be at Floral Hills Cemetery.  Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association, 644 Linn Street #1026, Cincinnati, OH 45203.  To leave the family a condolence or to view the Life Tribute video, please go to www.chambersandgrubbs.com.
