There is a huge hole in our hearts and we will never be able to fill it. Yes, life will go on and our church family will stay strong; but it will never be the same.

I can't say anything worth describing such a great man. He was a great person and a U.S. Navy Brother , he always had the right words and always took time for anyone. This earth's loss is Heavens gain. I truly hope we will meet again. I would gladly trade my life for his. Rest in Peace.

This was a shock but not unexpected. Father Mario was an active Pastor and I imagine that if unable to serve God in full capacity, he would rather be with the Heavenly Father! We will miss your smile, your wit, and your knowledge about the faith. Rest in heavenly Peace.

Fr. Mario was a good friend. I recall fun times such as his birthday party, the chicken run and chili fest as well as him showingus the nativity pieces he loved and showing our grandson the big trucks as they cleared space for the parish life center. Our deepest sympathy goes out to his family, as well as thank you for sharing him with us at St. Cecilia’s. He will be forever in our hearts.

The Gaydeski family is broken hearted and solemn over Father Mario Tizziani's passing and send our sincere condolences and prayers to our extended family members, the Tizziani's! My mother Virginia was extremely proud and happy to be a part of Mario's ordainments to become a priest as I was! We had a lot of great times and got to know some of the family that we had not known directly at the time as well as having the distinctive pleasure of getting to know Father Mario closer than we had. We send our love and prayers to all of our family!

Fr. Mario was one of the most sincere people I’ve ever known. He loved being a priest, he loved being with people. He had an infectious smile. He was a wonderful chaplain for the Kentucky Knights of Columbus, of which my husband is a member. We enjoyed our time with him. He will be missed. My condolences go out to all his family.
