     Chester William Wiggins of Independence, age 75, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at his residence. Chester was born in Oak Ridge, TN on February 1, 1945 to the late Ira and Hazel Wiggins. He retired as a facility supervisor for the Indian Hills School District. In his spare time, Chester loved to golf.

     In addition to his parents, Chester is preceded in death by his brothers, Larry Paul Wiggins and Richard Alan Wiggins. Survived to mourn his loss is his loving wife of 47 years, Linda Wiggins; as well as friends and other family members who will cherish his memory.
