Obituary of Darren Scott Weingartner

Darren Scott Weingartner, 28, of Independence, died Sunday in an automobile accident in Florence. He was a student at Gateway Community College and Northern Kentucky University.
Survivors include his father, Gary Weingartner of Independence; and a stepbrother, Charles Kevin Jordan of New Albany, Ind.
Services will be at 8 p.m. Thursday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will begin there at 5 p.m. Thursday. Memorials are suggested to Gateway Community College Development Office, 300 Buttermilk Pike, Fort Mitchell, Ky. 41017.
