Obituary of Mildred Lee Durr Wolfe

Mildred “Milly” Lee Durr Wolfe, age 81, of Morning View, KY, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021.  Milly was a retired Teacher at Piner Elementary and a member and former Sunday School Teacher at Wilmington Baptist Church in Morning View, KY.  She loved teaching and she impacted many children’s lives in southern Kenton County over the years.  Milly also enjoyed crocheting, cooking, and working with flowers. Most importantly she loved being a Mom to her son, Lorne Wolfe and a Mamaw to her granddaughter, Audriana Wolfe, who was her angel. Her husband, David Wolfe; parents, Raymond & Beulah Dawson Durr; and daughter-in-law, Teresa Wolfe, all preceded her in death.  Visitation will be Monday, January 11, 2020 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051.  Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, face masks are required and social distancing is encouraged at the funeral home.
