Charles Walter Perkins was born and passed away on Friday, March 26, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY. Charlie gave a lifetime of love in his short time on earth. He touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends; his brief life was the most precious gift to us.
Charlie is survived by his loving parents, Brooke and Emily Perkins and his grandparents, Keli (Deon) Wood, Michael (Shannon) Roeschlein, and Nancy and James Perkins.
