Obituary of Jean Nunery

     Jean Nutting Nunery of Florence, KY passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Monday, May 10, 2021 at the great age of 95.  Jean had a strong and everlasting faith in her Lord. She never encountered a stranger and was always up for good conversations.  She worked as a homemaker for many years and was a wonderful cook.  She was known for her meatloaf, fried chicken, and peach cobbler.  Besides cooking, Jean loved spending time with her family and taking care of her dogs.  She also enjoyed old movies and talking about movie stars of her time. 

     Those left surviving her loss and to carry on her legacy include her caring son, Tom (Hester) Nunery; granddaughter; Carrie (Tim) McMahon, grandson; Jon Vater, and great-grandson, Ryan McMahon along with many special friends who will miss her greatly.  Jean is preceded in death by her faithful husband, Tom Nunery. 

     A graveside service will be held to honor Jean at Highland Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, KY.
