Dawn Lynn Hatfield Hays, 49, of Burlington, died Oct. 13 at her home. She was a beautician with Impressions Hair Salon.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Scott Hays, and her mother, Frona Williams of Florence.
No services are planned. Cremation will be at Northern Kentucky Crematory, Walton. Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence, is handling arrangements.
