Obituary of Calvin Sterling Ramsey

Calvin Sterling Ramsey, age 68, of Covington, KY, passed away at his residence.  He was a former Waste Collector for Republican Trash Company and also formerly delivered newspapers for the Kentucky Enquirer.  Calvin was very passionate about flying single engine airplanes.  His wife, Debby Travillian Ramsey, brother, Charles Ramsey, brother-in-law, Roger Clifford, and parents, Shubert and Martha Ramsey, all preceded him in death.  He is survived by his siblings, Fay Clifford, Joyce (Ricky) Keeton, and Kenny Ramsey; nephews, Bradley Kraus and Josh Kraus; and niece, Bethany Hornberger.  Visitation for Calvin will be Friday, October 15, 2021, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a memorial service immediately following at 7 p.m. at Verona Full Gospel Church of God, 11615 Lebanon-Crittenden Rd., Verona, KY 41092.  Interment will be at Bales Cemetery in Livingston, KY.  Memorials may be made to Chambers and Grubbs Funeral to go toward his final expenses.  Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made by clicking on the red donate button below.  If you wish to donate you many leave an online message for the family, which can be viewed by clicking on the Tribute Wall tab on the left.  You may also choose to remain anonymous.  To leave the family a message of condolence, please visit the tribute wall.
