Obituary of Raymond W. Gilvin

Raymond W. Gilvin, 85, of Independence, died Thursday at East Galbraith Health Care, Cincinnati. He was the retired owner of Gilvins Service Center.
His wife, Ella Kathryn Gilvin, preceded him in death.
Survivors include a son, David R. Gilvin of Altamonte, Fla.; daughters, Janet G. Bilz of Independence and Debbie K. Stephens of Corpus Christi, Texas; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Monday.
Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to Hospice of Cincinnati, 4310 Cooper Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242.
