Winston lived a country block away from me up until the end of his life. I drive by his house almost every day. Sometimes we would chat if I pulled up by his house while he was walking to the mail box. When his Church, in Independence, Kentucky, had events open to the public, our family would go and I would sometimes run into Winston. He had a spirited zeal for God. In recent years, he looked like a man in his 80s. His head would bob some when he was standing or walking. He was my beighbor these last 15 years. I regret I did not spend more time with him.
