Obituary of Madison "Maddie" Tanner Harris

Madison “Maddie” Tanner Harris, age 24, of Walton, KY, passed away peacefully at her residence on Saturday, November 6, 2021.  She was a graduate of Simon Kenton High School and a member of Impact Life Church in Ft. Thomas, KY.  “Maddie” had a strong spirit and exceeded many odds in life.  After being told she would live six months or less, she surpassed all expectations, living a full, “bossy” life of over 24 years.  She loved fast cars, motorcycles, yellow “rumble bee” trucks, tablets, and music of all kinds.  She was deeply loved by many and will be missed by all.  Maddie is survived by her parents, Jeff and Kim Harris; brother, Dylan Harris (Kayla); nephew, Myles Harris; grandparents, Faye Cordes, Judy & Bill Grimm, and Tim Harris.  Visitation will be Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with the funeral service immediately following at 1 p.m. at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike Independence, KY 41051.  Interment will be at Floral Hills Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to Simon Kenton High School, c/o the Special Needs Department, 11132 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051.  For directions, to view the Life Tribute Video, or to leave the family a message of condolence, please go to www.chambersandgrubbs.com.
