I remember well, a time when Aunt Jessie came to visit and stay with us in Tennessee. Actually there were a few folks that came that time, and we had a house full (which was great). When it came time to go to bed, Aunt Jessie and Aunt Hilda wanted to try out our "Soft-Side" waterbed, so they slept together, that night, in our bed. When morning came, I turned up the stereo and put on Aretha Franklin's "Respect" for an alarm to get everyone in the house awake! (OK, so I'm "socially uneducated.") Aunt Jessie got up with a big smile and told me that she enjoyed my alarm. But - the funniest part was Aunt Jessie and Aunt Hilda. When they came to the table to eat breakfast, (My Famous Breakfast Sandwiches), They spent at least a half an hour accusing each other of snoring so loud that they kept each other awake!! LOL!! I will miss "Ant" J's wit, caring and determination to find something to smile/laugh about. (just don't bring up politics!!) I will also miss harassing her about helping her get her leg in and out of the car. LOL!
