I am so grateful for all the years our family was able to spend visiting Aunt Dot and Uncle Bill. Our kids have so many fond memories of the many summers we were able to enjoy staying with them. One of my fondest memories of Aunt Dot is one visit I stayed with her by myself and we went down to the basement to go through some boxes stored down there. We went through several pictures and it was wonderful to hear the various stories and memories she had about the many many pictures. That is when she shared she had a miscarriage that I had never heard about as well as stories of Aunt Lulu and other relatives.
She was a joy to be with and it never amazed me how calm she was when the house was full of adults and kids running all around.
When Bernice passed away, Aunt Dot was a wonderful reminder of her every time I visited. My heart goes out to all of you who were such a big part of her life. Our thoughts are with you.
