I met Mary many years ago in the ICU at St. Luke Ft. Thomas.. She was a brilliant nurse. She showed so much love and compassion to those she cared for. I remember when Camille came into her life... What a joyful time it was, we celebrated for weeks! She opened her home to me as I pursued my anesthesia degree... She typed my thesis when I had just finished a 24 hour shift at the U ... She would say " rest" and I will type awhile... When I awoke she would say you are up just in time for dinner. She was so loving and kind. She loved her girls and spent her life devoted to helping and loving children.
It was not always easy but she always said " take the road less traveled " I will always carry her in my heart. . I am so sorry she is gone... I am sorry for her husband Pat and all the kids...
