Obituary of Adalene Kissinger

Adalene Herleman Kissinger, 86, of Walton, died Wednesday at St. Luke Hospital West, Florence. She was a homemaker and seamstress. Her husband, Jakob Kissinger, died in 1983. A daughter, Eileen Bernzott, died in 2000.
Survivors include sons Ronald Kissinger of Walton, Jack Kissinger of Hampton, Va., and John Kissinger of Islip, N.Y.; daughters Helen Ingoglia of Walton, Jeanette Kissinger of Nokesville, Va., Linda Pearsall of Salsberry, N.C., and Marion Kissinger of West Islip, N.Y.; a brother, Harry Herleman of Belvedere, N.J.; 19 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Richwood Cemetery.
