Obituary of Mark Thomas Erion

Please share a memory of Mark to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Mark Thomas Erion, 61, passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at his residence in Verona, KY.  Mark was born the son of the late George and Rita McKnight Erion in Covington, KY on March 28, 1960.

Mark was employed as a mechanical engineer for Indelac Controls Company in Florence, KY.  When he was not at work, you could find him taking care of his garden or making furniture in his shop.  All though he loved woodworking, he also enjoyed getting out on his fishing boat when he had the time.  Mark was a kind soul who was always willing to lend a helping hand.  He could strike up a conversation with anyone.  Mark’s greatest joy was spending time with his family who will miss him beyond measure.

Mark is preceded in death by his parents and one uncle, Jerry Snider.

Those left here to mourn his loss and carry on his legacy are his sister, Melanie (Calvin) Roberts; nieces, Caitlin (Chris) Baillie, Cassidy Roberts; great niece, Larkyn Baillie; aunt, Janice Snider: cousins Jay (Kendra) Snider and Jeff Snider.

A visitation will be held to honor Mark’s life at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 8461 Dixie Highway, Florence, KY 41042 on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
