Sure will miss Christa, even though I never had the pleasure of meeting her in person. She had been my contact and helper for Vista Higher Learning for the past several years, and was my go-to "firefighter" when things needed swift action. She often mentioned her family and inquired of mine as we worked each school year setting up online courses. Her kindness, positivity, and expertise will be sorely missed. My prayers go up for her family. May the Lord comfort as only He can.

Christa was my neighbor when we worked together at Thomson Learning. She was such a joy. She loved her boys so much and was so proud of them. I remember when she planned an elaborate themed birthday party for the boy when they were little. She had her rockstar leather jacket she would wear to sales meetings and dinners out. We swore it got us free appetizers at one restaurant. So many wonderful memories. She will be truly missed.

I am so saddened by the passing of Christa. She was such a vivacious woman whom I greatly admired. I hired Christa at Thomson. She performed so well that she became my lead then moved into my position when I left the company. I loved spending time talking about life, family, adventures, etc. every morning before our workday began. She was intelligent and humorous and loved her kids more than anything in this world. I am shocked and heartbroken and will keep all of you in my prayers.
