Obituary of Jack Wayne Wells

Jack Wayne Wells, age 74, of Burlington, KY, passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Florence, KY.  He was a retired Truck Driver and a U.S. Air Force Vietnam Veteran.  Jack enjoyed guns, fishing and tractor pulls. 

His parents, James Marion Wells and Jessie Thompson Wells, and sisters, Pauline Miller and Nellie McCubbin, preceded him in death. 

He is survived by his wife, Elana Wells; children, Brooke Wells, Jessie Wells, Elie Wells, and Erin Wells; and grandchildren, Lila and Lucas.
