Obituary of Robert "Bob" Lee Presser

Robert “Bob” Lee Presser, 70, of Lillian Alabama and formerly of Verona KY, passed away unexpectedly with his daughter Jennifer Lee Presser Spears by his side at Thomas Hospial in Fairhope Alabama on February 9th, 2022. He was preceded in death by his wife Margie of 51 years, by just 2 months and 5 days. Bob was born November 10,1951 in Covington KY to the late Paul Alvin Presser and Mary Lee Bare Presser.

Bob was graduate of Boone County High School and worked as a semi-truck driver with USPS for many years. He leaves behind two daughters Jennifer (Brent) Spears, Shanda (James) Sweet, two precious granddaughters Sophia Sweet and Kinzlee Spears and one loving grandson Sulley Sweet. Bob was a fun loving caring man with many friends whom he cherished. He was making plans to visit KY this spring to catch up with many of those he graduated with, many brothers from the post office and dear friends he met along the way.

In keeping with Bob’s wishes their will be no service nor flowers needed at this time. Both him and his wife’s ashes will be buried at a later time in Belleview Baptist Cemetery, Burlington, KY near his family.
