Patsy A. Pitzer, 75, of Taylor Mill, KY passed away Thursday, April 14, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Edgewood Hospital. The daughter of the late Lottie {Butler} and Edward Powell, Patsy was born in Newport, KY on August 19, 1946.

She was a long-time member of the New Hope Tabernacle Church of God in Walton.

Patsy enjoyed baking cakes, traveling, and arts & crafts. She most of all loved spending time with her family, whom she cherished deeply.

Those to carry on Patsy’s legacy are her beloved son, Anthony (Sara) Blaine; grandchildren Amber, Derek, Blake, Randi, Sydney and Austin; great-grandchild Lane; and daughter-in-law Kelly Hensley.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, husband James Pitzer, son Michael Hensley, brothers Herbie, Charlie, Ellis, Donald and Bobby Powell, and sister Louise Ayers.

Visitation will be held between 5 PM and 7 PM on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike Independence, KY 41051. Services will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 11 AM at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284.
