Obituary of Danyelle Schattschneider

Danyelle Schattschneider, age 45, of Florence, KY departed this world suddenly on Friday June 3, 2022. She was born on August 16, 1976 to Arthur “Skip” and Linda [Cooper] Schattschneider in Covington, KY.

Danyelle loved vintage things and was an avid antique collector.  Her room at home was filled with her amazing finds from over the years.  She enjoyed crafts of all kinds (with painting probably being her favorite). A beloved aunt, she treasured working on projects together with her nieces and nephews. Danyelle was a strong soul with an indomitable spirit, even in the face of great adversity. She overcame not just one but two kidney transplants, a heart valve surgery, spinal stenosis and scoliosis along with years of dialysis.  More than anything, she loved her family, including her cherished chihuahua, Baby.

Those left behind to mourn Danyelle’s loss are her parents Skip and Linda Schattschneider; sisters Crystal (Julio) Ostigin, Heather (Brian) Saxton, Lacey Schattschneider; brother-in-law Jaime Espinoza; nieces and nephews Brandian Schattschneider, Christian Schattschneider, Eliot Martinez, Ysabel Ostigin, Alex Ostigin, Urijah Saxton, Jamison Saxton, Adam Darnell, Lincoln Jansen, as well as great-niece Heavenly Schattschneider.

Preceding Danyelle in death are her paternal grandparents Adolf & Estelle Schattschneider, maternal grandparents Floyd & Thelma Cooper and sister Dawn Espinoza.  

A visitation will be held for Danyelle on Wednesday June 8, 2022 at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, 45 North Main Street, Walton, KY 41094. The family will receive guests from 12:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM (also at the funeral home).  Danyelle will then be laid to rest in a private ceremony at Walton Cemetery, Walton, KY.
