Obituary of Elmer Leroy Deaton

Elmer Leroy Deaton, 68, of Somerset, formerly of Walton, died Wednesday at his residence. He was a retired ironworker and an Air Force veteran. His son, Jeff Deaton, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Deaton; a daughter, Jill Kirby of Middletown, Ohio; a sister, Molly Sexton of Middletown, Ohio; and six grandchildren.
Services will be at the convenience of the family. Mr. Deaton will be cremated. Memorials are suggested to the Deaton Family, c/o Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, P.O. Box 55, Walton, Ky. 41094.
