Obituary of Roberta Ann Burris Buchman

Roberta Ann Burris Buchman, age 76, of Covington, KY, passed away Sunday, September 25, 2022, at River Valley Nursing Home in Butler, KY.  She was retired from the U.S. Postal Service in Cincinnati, OH, where she served as Director of Customer Service.  Roberta enjoyed reading, collecting dolls, and was an animal lover (especially cats).  Her husband, John Buchman, parents, James & Betty King Burris, and brother, James Paul Burris, all preceded her in death.  She is survived by her sisters, Charlotte Tye and Debbie Burden (Tony), along with several nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be Friday, September 30, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. with the funeral service immediately following at 11:30 a.m. at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051.  Interment will follow at Floral Hills Cemetery in Covington, KY.  Memorials may be made to the Stray Animal Adoption Program (SAAP), P.O.
