Obituary of Betty Louise Hardymon

Betty L. Hardymon of Crescent Springs, age 83, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospice. She was born in Fleming County, KY on March 23, 1939, to the late Braddon and Lovell Carpenter. Betty retired as a bookkeeper for Ace Doran Hauling & Rigging Co and was a member of Ft. Mitchell Baptist Church where she participated in W.M.U. (Womens Missionary Union). She enjoyed quilting, doing crossword puzzles, tending to her flower garden, going for walks, and reading her Bible. She also loved playing games, especially with her family. Her favorites were Euchre, Bananagrams, and Bunco. She was a beloved mother and grandmother who will be missed deeply.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Hardymon and her brothers, Charles, Clark, Roy, and Bobby Carpenter.

She is survived by her loving children, Vicki Todd, Kim Klosterman, and Cindy (Dan) Ziegler; beloved grandchildren, Lynsey Todd, Brooke Callis, Joshua (Whitney) Klosterman, Eric (Ashley) Klosterman, Stacy Klosterman, Aaron (Liz) Todd, Daniel (Jennifer) Ziegler, Jason Klosterman, and Bridget (Kyle) Wallace; as well as other friends and relatives who will cherish her memory.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2023, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Ft. Mitchell Baptist Church, 2323 Dixie Hwy, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 10, 2023, at the church. Immediately following the service, Betty will be laid to rest at Highland Cemetery.
