Obituary of Ingrid Rodgers

Ingrid Rodgers, 54, of Crittenden, KY, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY. The daughter of the late Sandra {Bear} and Steven Love, Ingrid was born in Lockland, OH on December 13, 1968. Her husband, Bob Rodgers preceded her in death April 30, 2013. Ingrid married Steve Crews on January 1, 2017; he survives.

Ingrid loved to have a good time which included listening to music, singing and having a drink. She enjoyed cooking, especially for Christmas, and had a special love for animals. Most of all, Ingrid cherished the time spent with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Those left to carry on Ingrid’s legacy is her husband of 6 years, Steve Crews; children Amy (Daniel) Maldonado, Bobby (Heather) Rodgers, and Jessica Rodgers; siblings Kathy, Erica, Heidi, and Stevie; grandchildren Logan, Wyatt, and Makenley Rodgers, Aryianna Malcolm, Kaius and Lucian Maldonado, Vincent “Junior” Thornberry, and Aurora Hill; and her special friend Enya Miller.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Bob Rodgers, and her dog Punky.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 9^th between 6 PM and 8 PM at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, 8461 Dixie Hwy, Florence, KY 41042.
