Obituary of Marie Margaret Dunn

Marie Margaret Howe Dunn, 91, of Independence, died Saturday at Baptist Convalescent Center, Newport. He was the retired owner of Dunn's Grocery Store in Morning View and a member of Morning View United Methodist Church. Her husband, Jasper Dunn, and a daughter, Norma Jean Dunn England, both preceded her in death. Survivors include a daughter, Deborah Dunn Endress of Independence; a son, George Dunn of Morning View; a sister, Delores Howe Miller of Warsaw; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill.
