Obituary of Ralph Joseph Conradi Jr.
Ralph Joseph Conradi Jr., 90, of Edgewood, KY, passed away suddenly on Friday, March 17, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. The son of the late Hilda {Brockman} and Ralph Joseph Conradi Sr., Ralph was born in Covington, KY, on November 13, 1932. He married the love of his life, Janet Dedden Conradi on August 18, 1956. Janet passed away on January 19, 2013; Ralph missed her dearly.
Ralph was employed at Conradi Roofing and retired after 60 years of service.
In his spare time, Ralph enjoyed crafting model airplanes, oil painting, completing crossword puzzles, and painting his deck at home annually. He loved to watch western TV shows as well as The Andy Griffith Show. He cherished the time spent with his late beagle and furry friend, Cooper. A proud Papaw, he most importantly loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Those left to carry on the legacy of Ralph are his children Cindy (Steve) Schneider, Ed (Buffy) Conradi, and Linda (Don) Doud; grandchildren Steven Schneider, Eric Schneider, Ethan Conradi, Ashley (Nick Metzger) Doud, and Adam (Caitlyn Haynes) Doud; and great-grandchildren Noah Metzger, Hayleigh Metzger, Kayden Haynes, and Kessa Haynes.
In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Janet Dedden Conradi, and his two brothers, William, and Richard Conradi.
A visitation will be held between 9 AM and 11 AM with Ralph’s funeral service to follow at 11 AM all on Friday, March 24, 2023, at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike Independence, KY 41051. Ralph will be laid to rest at Mother of God Cemetery in Latonia, KY.
