Chastity Elizabeth Hayes of Morning View, age 45, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at U.C. Medical Center. She was born on May 13, 1978, in Covington, KY. Chastity was intelligent and had an eagerness to learn. If she was not spending time with her grandkids or her cats, she often had her nose in a book. Chastity also loved to hit the trails and wasn’t afraid to get dirty. Her sassy spirit, caring heart, and loving nature were just a few of the countless things her family and friends will deeply miss.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Hayes and her grandparents, Mildred White and Roy Combs.

She is survived by her fiancé, Jeremy Turner; children, Kristina (Austin) Fornash, Kameran (Bradley Scrivner) Hayes, and Tyson Hayes; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Presley, Braxton, and Raine; parents, Robin Kelly and Darrell (Janet) Bowling; grandparents, Versie Bowling and Sue Combs; sister, Jordan (Corey) Lanham; her 3 beloved cats; as well as other friends and relatives who will cherish her memory.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike Independence, KY 41051. The service will begin at 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Immediately following the service, Chastity will be laid to rest at Turner Family Cemetery in Morning View, KY.
