Obituary of Doris Jean Flesch

Doris Jean Flesch, 80, of Union, KY, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2023, peacefully surrounded by family at her daughter's home. The daughter of the late Viola {Martin} and Andrew Veeneman, Doris was born in Covington, KY, on December 8, 1942.

Doris was an active member of St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church in Union for over 20 years. In her spare time, Doris enjoyed playing euchre, bowling, walking, and taking trips to Gatlinburg, TN. She was known for her sweet and caring nature, and she loved to socialize with friends and family. A proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Doris’ family was most important to her, and she will be sorely missed.

Those left to carry on Doris’ legacy are her three daughters, Jennifer (Johnny) Roberts, Kim (Kevin) McDonald, and Lori (Andy) Loschiavo; siblings Marlene (Bill) Grant, Gary (Diane) Veeneman, and Janet (Don) Miller; grandchildren Brandon (Megan) Loschiavo, Daniel (Morgan) Loschiavo, Alayna Loschiavo, Ava Loschiavo, Andrew (Rachel) McDonald, Josh McDonald, Drew Demler, Jonathan Roberts, and Jordan Roberts; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.

In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years, Robert Flesch Jr.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 29^th between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM with a Mass Of Christian Burial beginning at 12:30 PM at St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church, 10272 US 42 Union, KY 41091. Doris will be laid to rest next to her husband at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger immediately following services.
