Obituary of Amanda Danielle McIntosh

Amanda Danielle McIntosh, 44, of Union, KY, passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, July 7, 2023. The daughter of Daniel McIntosh and Jody {Smith} McIntosh, Amanda was born in Covington on July 17, 1978. She graduated Scott High School in 1996 and went on to study at Gateway Community and Technical College.

Amanda enjoyed online gaming, watching Hallmark movies with her mom, listening to country music, line dancing, and watching the Seven Hills Church live service every Sunday. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her family. 

She will be deeply missed by her parents, Daniel (Jacqueline) McIntosh and Jody McIntosh; maternal grandmother Norma Jean Miller; aunt Delores (Mike) McHargue; surrogate aunt Belinda McCarthy; uncles Mitch (Mindy) McIntosh, Dennis McIntosh, Timothy (Eva) Miller, and Keith Miller; best friend Tracy Skeens; and a host of cousins and friends whom she cherished.

Amanda was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Mitchell and Nannie McIntosh; maternal step-grandfather Bud Miller; maternal great-grandparents Carl and Arthena Wilson; and uncles Wayne McIntosh and Michael McIntosh.

A visitation will be held on Friday, July 14th from 11 AM to 1 PM with funeral services to immediately follow at 1 PM at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike Independence, KY 41051. Amanda will be laid to rest at Independence Cemetery.
