Dr. Brenda Wehrman, 60, of Independence, KY, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY. The daughter of Winston and Joanna {Bustin} Wehrman, Brenda was born in Independence, KS, on June 24, 1963.

In her spare time, Brenda enjoyed reading, decorating, entertaining, and watching heart-warming films and programs.

She will be deeply missed by her beloved husband, Ian Grumbine; children Christina (Nathan) Schuler and AJ (Rachel) McKean; grandchildren Christiana, Ethan, Gavin, Levi, Dietrich, Hayden, Jackson, and Sophia; sisters Kathy (Wesley) Dendler and Ruthann (Scott) Winters; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Brenda was preceded in death by her father, Winston Wehrman and her granddaughter, Samantha.
