I had the distinct honor of knowing Asa for over 75 years through our years at Dixie Heights High School and following. I have never known finer person than Asa Buddy Rouse. I am sorry for for his loss to family and friends, but certainly not his moving on to a better life joining with the love of life, Libby! With my deepest sympathy, Jim Morrison Dixie ‘49

I met Asa when I moved to Walton in 1971 but did not really know him until 2003 when I joined the GWRRA which was a International Club. Soon afterwards he had me riding and camping motorcycle style. Many nights as we sat by a campfire all across the U S we had many deep conversations leading to a close friendship I will always cherish. After Libby passed he could be found many evenings at my home having dinner or just sitting on the patio enjoying each others company. You will be missed my friend more then anyone else will know' your pal Ronnie boy

We met Aza the first time we went to a chapter G meeting! He was a delightful guy! He shared many stories of his time spent traveling with his wife and the times he served on the bench! He loved serving his community! He will be missed by many family and friends! RIP Aza!

we met Asa and Libby when we joined Chapter G. Every ride Asa would talk on the CB telling us about the area we were riding thru and historical facts. They were a very sweet couple and glad we got to know them. Sorry for your loss. Bob & Pam Thomann

Asa helped me out of a situation where I was about to lose my license back when I was a teenager. Pro bono. I've never forgotten that. He is one of the special people that made Walton what it is. RIP, old friend.
