In lamenting the loss of William, fondly known as Billy, we remember a man abundant with vivacious charm and intelligence. His kindness shone brightly at New Perceptions where both laughter and insightful conversations about football abounded. Eternally a steadfast Steelers admirer, his humorous texts brought joy to our everyday lives. As we reflect amidst this sorrowful time, may we honor the radiant smile he so effortlessly wore. Your grandson bemoans the absence of those joyful messages - we shall miss you deeply, Billy. May your soul find eternal tranquility.

I’ve never met a happier loving person than my cousin Billy. No matter what he faced he always had a smile and positive outlook on everything. Anyone who knew him is a better person and should learn by the way he loved life and his family. He was an inspiration to me and I will always remember that smile and joy I seen when we were together. I can remember playing duck hunter on Nintendo on grassy creek road and he always found a way to beat me. Memories last forever. Every year i anxiously waited to go to Gary’s to rabbit hunt with him bird and squirrel and I was never let down by the wonderful time we had. Billy had limitations but he preserved in everything he did especially bringing the best out of everyone. I can’t believe he’s gone and my heart is empty and I miss my Billy and won’t ever forget him. The joy he brought to everyone he encountered will be missed, especially me. I am honored to be one of HIS guys. The times we shared waiting for that deer that never came in or the rabbit that was to elusive or that squirrel that hid in the thick leaves of the forest will be something I cherish for the rest of my life. I miss you Billy and the hunts we shared wont be forgotten but will be missed. I love you and will always remember the great times we had. You’re my inspiration.

There are a million stories about Billy, because of that we will be celebrating his life for a long time. Uncle Joe loved every minute of their hunting days!! I think what is the most special about Billy was his PURE heart. He was a lover not a hater. He didn’t want to see anyone - or animal - hurt. If you knew Billy, you felt love. We will miss that huge smile and big hugs. We love you Billy!! Uncle Joe & Aunt Kathy

Billy, our sweet Tiger. What an inspiration you have been for absolutely every one you have ever been in contact with. You were a trooper all the time. You taught me a lot. We will keep up the laughter in our hearts forever. You were a joy, I love you and will always miss that smiling face. Till we meet again, Aunt Sherry. Love and prayers for Bobby, and all the kids❤️

While visiting the family farm during hay season knowing much help was needed he said to Grandpa Bach, if my legs worked I would help you. He was very young at the time.
Billy wanted to do all the activities his cousins and uncles were able to do. And his cousins and uncles made it happen.
He was a joy and will be missed by all who knew him.
