Obituary of Butch W. Hamm

Butch W. Hamm, 64 of Crittenden, KY, passed away Thursday, October 19, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 30, 1959, to the late John L. and Kathryn (nee: Baynum) Hamm. Butch owned and operated Butch’s Auto Body in Crittenden, KY where he was known for his exceptional paint and body work. He was an attendee of Piner Baptist Church and during his spare time, Butch enjoyed many things, from classic cars, going to car shows and most of all spending time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Kenny Hamm and grandson, Grayson Hamm. Butch leaves behind his loving wife of 47yrs, Nancy (nee: Cheeks) Hamm and their son, John (Amber) Hamm. He also leaves behind his brother, John (Dee) Hamm, nephew, Kenny Hamm and grandchildren, Baylee and Harlen Hamm along with many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, from 2:00PM to 4:00PM at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Walton, KY with funeral services to follow at 4:00PM.
