Obituary of Tim Ryan

Edward "Tim" Joseph Ryan, born on August 10th,1943 in the old Covington St. Elizabeth, passed away peacefully at his home in Covington, Kentucky on January 1st, 2024. He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Coleman Ryan, and his mother, Lucille Foy Ryan. Tim was a graduate of Simon Kenton High School and worked in construction, home improvement, owned a small business, and was a local bartender. He was a member of St. Cecilia Parish and enjoyed classic car shows, turning wrenches on his hot rods, boating, fishing, camping, and sitting by the fire listening to music. In his younger days, he could often be found with his fellow members of the Chariots MC. He was always brutally honest but was ready with a joke and chuckle for anyone who crossed his path. He is survived by Leo Ryan, Dan Ryan, Patty Ryan, Tim Ryan, Will Ryan, Patrick Ryan, Ida Wolfe, Ron Wolfe, Lex Dietz, Alex Dietz, Brenda Clifton, Edward Clifton, Dennis Ryan, Donna Ryan, Bill Ryan, Norbert Ryan, along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him and he will be deeply missed by family and friends alike. May he rest in peace.
