Obituary of Bill Moore

Bill Moore of Erlanger, age 82, peacefully went home to be with Jesus on Monday, April 15, 2024, in the comfort of his home, with loving family by his side.

He was born in Independence, KY on May 22, 1941, to the late Wilmina (Armstrong) and Athel Moore. After a lifetime of work in auto sales, Bill retired to devote his remaining years to family, friends, and Jesus, whom he loved deeply. Bill not only attended both Christ’s Chapel and Grace Fellowship Church, but also loved evangelizing any way he could through jail and street ministries as well as Bible studies and small groups. Together with his wife, he remained faithful spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ, leading as many as he could to salvation by exalting the only One who died on the cross, in our place, for our sins.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Laura Berkemeier. Survivors include his loving wife of 62 years, Susan Moore; children Craig (Autumn) Moore and Keith (Deenie) Moore; beloved grandchildren, Lila (Nathan) Milar, Elle Moore, Samuel Moore, and Jewel Moore; his brother, Rick (Deborah) Moore; as well as many other relatives and friends who will cherish his memory.

A celebration of life will be held at Christ’s Chapel, 3819 Turfway Rd, Erlanger, KY 41018, on Thursday, April 25th, 2024. Visitation will be held from 4:00pm until 7:00pm; service immediately following visitation.
