Lori and I shared the same birthday, day and year. We are exactly the same age, we hit it off from the start at SK. We proclaimed ourselves as twins. Our twin names were Lorraine and Jasper ( for some crazy kid reason). With the dawning of social media, we made sure to always wish one another a special birthday wish. I will live the rest of my life to honor you, Lori and all the others who passed too soon. It hurts my heart to know how you and my wife suffered from this terrible disease. You did not lose, you are the winners surely in Heaven!! Please watch over us and we will live to honor you and take care of one another! Your future generations will know all about you as you have left a beautiful legacy in your children! Thanks for all the good times and all the smiles!! Love, your twin Jasper. Dan Davis
My sincere condolences to Lori's entire family. She was a remarkable young woman. Her smile and infectious laughter brightened the atmosphere wherever she went. As the First Baseman for the Simon Kenton Pioneer Softball Team, she was an inspiration and role model to every member of the team. She gained notoriety across Northern Kentucky with her trademark sunglasses earning her the nickname, Lori "Hollywood" Simpson. Her amazing defensive skills at first base earned her numerous accolades, and her solid and consistent hitting made her an asset to be counted on every game. Heaven is a little brighter with her entry into the Kingdom of Heaven. She has left an indelible mark on all of us that were fortunate enough to call her a friend.
Honored to be entrusted with the care and satisfaction of families since 1906
