Obituary of Michael Todd Ashcraft
Michael Todd Ashcraft, age 58, of Cincinnati, OH (formerly of Morning View, KY) passed May 17, 2024, at his residence. He was a self-employed painter, who could fix anything, and a beloved father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend. Mike had a great sense of humor and enjoyed owning and tinkering on things including his motorcycles, his corvette and other cars and trucks, and his boat. He loved America and enjoyed spending time fishing, watching the Cincinnati Bengals, and doing almost anything outdoors. He had a creative mind and enjoyed making signs and sayings including “MyCool Cashcraft”. He was preceded in death by his dad, James Leo Ashcraft, and sister, Tonya Ashcraft Thomas. Survivors include his children, T.J. Ashcraft (Marjon Grizzell), Tori Ashcraft (John Gahahl), and Hunter Ashcraft; mother, Joan Lower Ashcraft; siblings, Terry Ashcraft, Greg Ashcraft, Tracy Elder (Alex), and Tammy Tolliver (Mike); granddaughter, R.J. Ashcraft; step-granddaughter, Hadley Ganahl; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mike will be Wednesday, May 29, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with his funeral service immediately following at 1 p.m. at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051. Interment will follow at Independence Cemetery in Independence, KY. Memorials may be made to the Ashcraft Family, c/o Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home.
