Joseph R. Kaub, 80, of Walton, KY, passed away Friday, August 16, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, KY.  He was a farmer, and a long-time member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Independence, KY. 

Mr. Kaub was preceded in death by his parents Joseph C. and Hilda M. Kaub, brother, George Kaub, and his twin brother, Robert J. Kaub. 

He is survived by his sisters, Mary Lou Kahmann of Edgewood, KY, Alvera Stegbauer of Lynchburg, OH, and Dorothy Carneal of Independence, KY, along with his many dearly loved nieces and nephews, and extended family. 

Visitation for Joseph will be Saturday, August 24, 2024, from 9 am to 10:30 am at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051.  Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday at 11 am at St. Cecilia Catholic Church, 5313 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051.  Interment will be at St. Cecilia Cemetery.  Memorials are suggest to the church or the charity of the donor’s choice.  For directions or to leave the family a message of condolence, please visit the tribute wall.
